DARPA Neuroweapons Expert Describes the Neuroweapons/Biowarfare Program. Says wants to make people sick !!

This is the cat that is already out of the bag, so it’s a little too late to think that we’re never going to use it like this.” — James Giordano

Neuroweapon Technologies

In this video presentation to a Los Alamos audience, Giordano explains that the weaponization of the neurosciences is not just some science fiction of the future. U.S. military and other NATO forces currently have the ability to influence minds at both the individual and group level.

Ability to Control Minds

Giordano claims it is possible to make someone more agreeable during negotiations. Or to make a person appear ‘stark raving mad.’ If desired, the technology can cause a person’s death (stroke is mentioned as a potential method).

He says “We’re targeting the brain, and we’re targeting the brain at a variety of levels.” He explains that a ‘big data approach’ is used. Bio ‘markers’ (microchips) are used to track individuals. He describes very disturbing bioweapon scenarios, including what he refers to as ‘drugs and bugs.’ Emphasizing that this is a weapon of mass disruption, not mass destruction, he actually says during this video: “I want to make people sick.”

Brain Mapping

Giordano refers to various methods used to conduct brain ‘mapping,’ a process to record (map) a brain communication sequence pattern (e.g., you have thought to move your leg and it moves). Scientists can recreate brain pattern sequences in an individual to control biological systems (e.g.,, make you move your leg against your will). An amputee uses this technology to control an artificial limb.

Although it may offer some beneficial uses, the problem is that this technology has been developed to serve as a weapon. Covert agents are secretly using this weapon system on innocent citizens. Victims experiencing similar effects to ‘Havana Syndrome’ are being used to advance the agenda.

Use of Nanotechnology

Researchers conducting this work often use some form of extremely small (nano-size) brain-to-computer interface biochips, sensors, and/or fiber optics (optogenetic technology).

People Tracking

The neuroweapons program uses people tracking technologies (e.g., ultrasound, lidar, radiolocation, fiber optic, etc.) and biometric capturing systems (e.g., MedRadio). Ultrasonic and/or radio frequencies can be transmitted via any electronic device (‘smart’ phone interfaces, computers, electrical lines, etc.)
